1. Taraflar ve kapsam
Bu koşullar, LeTa Launcher uygulamasını (“uygulama”) ve bu web sitesini kullanmanız için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kurarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı Google Play üzerinden edindiyseniz, Google Play'in kendi kullanım şartları da ayrıca geçerlidir.
2. Lisans
Size, uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz ya da kullanım hakkınız bulunan cihazlarda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Uygulamanın kaynak koduna erişme, kodu çözme, tersine mühendislik yapma, değiştirme ya da türev çalışma üretme hakkı verilmez. Uygulama satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve yeniden dağıtılmaz.
3. Ücret, uygulama içi satın alma ve iade
Uygulama Google Play'den ücretsiz indirilir ve uygulama içi reklam bulunmaz. Varsayılan senaryo, LeTa Studio resimleri, canlı hava ve kendi resimleriniz ücretsizdir. Diğer tüm senaryolar, duvar kâğıdı ve simge kütüphanesinin tamamı ve güç özellikleri, tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın alma olan LeTa Pro ile açılır. LeTa Pro'nun fiyatı 4,99 ABD dolarıdır; Google Play bu fiyatı bulunduğunuz ülkenin para birimine ve vergilerine göre kendisi çevirir ve uygulama yalnız Google Play'in gösterdiği fiyatı yazar. Kilitli bir senaryoyu satın almadan önce günde bir kez 30 saniye canlı deneyebilirsiniz. Abonelik yoktur ve LeTa hiçbir zaman abonelik modeline geçirilmeyecektir.
LeTa Pro için ödeme, iade ve fatura işlemleri Google Play üzerinden yürütülür ve Google Play'in iade kurallarına tabidir. Ödemenizi biz almayız ve ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Daha önce ücretsiz sunulan bir özellik sonradan ücretli hâle getirilmez.
4. Üçüncü taraf uygulamalar ve içerik
Uygulama bir ana ekrandır; başka uygulamaları listeler ve başlatır, ayrıca bu uygulamaların Android'in içerik sistemine yayımladığı kartları gösterir. Bu içeriğin kendisi, doğruluğu, kullanılabilirliği ve lisansı ilgili uygulamanın sağlayıcısına aittir. LeTa, üçüncü taraf uygulamalarının içeriğinden, ücretlerinden veya çalışmasından sorumlu değildir. LeTa içerik, kanal listesi ya da abonelik sağlamaz; medya sunucuları ve kanal listeleri için kendi sunucunuz, hesabınız veya listeniz gerekir. İsteğe bağlı bağladığınız hizmetler (ör. Pexels, Plex, Home Assistant, hava, döviz ve piyasa veri sağlayıcıları) kendi koşullarına tabidir. Widget'lardaki döviz, altın, kripto ve hisse verileri kaynağı ve zamanıyla bilgi amacıyla gösterilir; yatırım tavsiyesi değildir.
5. Markalar
Android, Android TV, Google TV, Google Play ve Google Play logosu Google LLC'nin ticari markalarıdır. LeTa Launcher bağımsız bir uygulamadır; Google ile bir bağı, ortaklığı ya da onayı yoktur. Uygulamada ve bu sitedeki ekran görüntülerinde görünen diğer uygulama adları ve simgeleri sahiplerinin markalarıdır ve yalnızca ürünün gerçek görüntüsünü göstermek amacıyla yer alır. Bu kullanım herhangi bir iş birliği, sponsorluk ya da onay anlamına gelmez.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı, belirli bir cihazla uyumlu olacağı veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı yönünde açık ya da örtülü bir garanti verilmez. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır ve bu madde o hakları sınırlamaz.
Uygulama, ana ekran olarak çalıştığı için cihazınızın açılış deneyimini etkiler. Bu nedenle uygulama, kısa sürede tekrarlayan çökmelerde otomatik olarak Güvenli Mod'a geçer ve güncelleme sonrası sorunlarda önceki ayarları geri yükler. Yine de kendi yedeğinizi almanızı öneririz.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanamaz, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışamaz ve başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde değiştiremezsiniz. Ebeveyn kilidi, PIN ve misafir modu yardımcı araçlardır; çocuk güvenliği için tek başına yeterli sayılmamalıdır.
8. Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve tarih değiştirilir. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kaldırmanız gerekir. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda cihazda tutulan tüm ayarlarınız da silinir.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla, bulunduğunuz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the LeTa Launcher application (“the app”) and of this website. By installing the app you accept them. If you obtained the app through Google Play, Google Play's own terms of service apply in addition.
2. Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own or are entitled to use, for personal and non-commercial purposes. No right is granted to access the source code, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works. The app may not be sold, rented or redistributed.
3. Price, in-app purchases and refunds
The app is downloaded free from Google Play and contains no advertising. The default scenario, the LeTa studio pictures, live weather and your own pictures are free. Every other scenario, the full wallpaper and icon library and the power features come with LeTa Pro, a one-time in-app purchase. LeTa Pro costs US$4.99; Google Play converts that price to your country's currency and taxes itself, and the app only shows the price Google Play displays. You can try a locked scenario live for 30 seconds, once a day, before you buy. There is no subscription, and LeTa will never be moved to a subscription model.
For LeTa Pro, payment, refunds and invoicing are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund rules. We do not receive your payment and never see your payment details. A feature that was previously offered free of charge will not later be put behind a payment.
4. Third-party apps and content
The app is a home screen: it lists and launches other applications and displays the cards they publish to Android's content system. That content, its accuracy, its availability and its licensing belong to the provider of the relevant app. LeTa is not responsible for the content, pricing or behaviour of third-party applications. LeTa supplies no content, channel lists or subscriptions; media servers and channel lists need your own server, account or list. Optional services you connect (such as Pexels, Plex, Home Assistant and the weather, currency and market data providers) are subject to their own terms. Currency, gold, crypto and stock figures in widgets are shown with their source and time for information only; they are not investment advice.
5. Trademarks
Android, Android TV, Google TV, Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. LeTa Launcher is an independent application with no connection to, partnership with or endorsement from Google. Other application names and icons visible in the app and in the screenshots on this site are the trademarks of their owners and appear only to show the product as it really looks. Their appearance implies no collaboration, sponsorship or endorsement.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no express or implied warranty is given that the app will run without interruption or error, that it will be compatible with a particular device, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected and are not limited by this clause.
Because the app runs as a home screen, it affects how your device starts. For that reason the app enters Safe Mode automatically when crashes repeat within a short window, and restores previous settings after a problematic update. We still recommend keeping your own backup.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the app unlawfully, attempt to defeat its protections, or modify it in a way that infringes the rights of others. The parental lock, PIN and guest mode are assistive tools and should not be relied on alone for child safety.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with a revised date. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app. Uninstalling also deletes every setting kept on the device.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

The interface images and the promo film on this site were recorded on a real TV, not mocked up. Room and living-space images and the in-app avatars are AI-generated. LeTa's own wallpaper and painting images are original works made for LeTa with image models. Third-party app names and icons in the screenshots belong to their owners and appear only to show how LeTa presents installed apps.
